With over 25 years of experience in the Food and Beverage Industry, Tim has held nearly every position in Back of House Restaurant Operations throughout his career. His vocation has taken him from the Philadelphia area where he was born and raised to New England, Oregon, and California. He developed his love and passion for teaching coming from a family of educators and learned from a young age the impact of amazing teachers. Tim is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys cooking the wild foods he harvests. Tim was formally educated at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island where he graduated with honors. Currently, he serves as Culinary Director at Francis Ford Coppola Winery in Geyserville.
