Jill graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a BS in Biology and later at UC Davis with a MS in Nutrition. Her culinary education is from Santa Rosa Junior College. She has been an adjunct faculty member in the Nutrition Department for a few decades and the Culinary Department more recently. She loves sharing her passion for nutrition and cooking with others. She has worked for Kendall Jackson on the Culinary team and also has her own business doing food and beverage photography and styling. Her hobbies include hiking, biking, traveling, and enjoying nature.
