Jeffrey Madura

Upon Jeffrey Madura's graduation from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco in 1988, he moved to Sonoma County and joined John Ash & Company Restaurant.  During his  20 years there as Executive Chef, Jeffrey traveled internationally as a "California Cuisine" consultant, taught cooking classes at Santa Rosa Junior College in Santa Rosa, Ramekins in Sonoma, the Ahwahnee Hotel in Yosemite, and was a guest chef at the James Beard House in New York City.

Wanting to spend more time with his family, Jeffrey left John Ash & Company in 2008 and the following year opened Jeffrey's Hillside Cafe, a cozy spot for breakfast and lunch cuisine.
