Summer Pop-Up Bakery Ordering
The Santa Rosa Junior College Culinary Arts program will offer our premium, student-produced, baked goods for pick-up on five Fridays this summer, July 9 - August 6. Orders will be taken on Tuesdays between 10:00am and 4:00pm, or until sold out. See our menu below then click the Place Order button. All payments will be taken at pick-up. Accepted forms of payment are listed below. We apologize but we cannot accept cash payments at this time.

Boxed Baked Goods:
Danish Pastry Box - $16:
Two of our famous cream scones, and four danish of two different varieties.
Flavors this week: Raisin scones, bear claw, and raspberry apricot cheese danish.
Croissant Pastry Box - $16:
Two of our famous cream scones, and four filled croissants.
Flavors this week: Lime ginger scones, almond croissants, and chocolate croissants.
Cookie Box - $16:
One dozen of our delicious cookies. Each box will contain three varieties of cookies.
Flavors this week: Espresso chocolate chunk, raspberry marzipan shortbread, and cinnamon sugar straws.
Pies, Tarts, and Galettes:
Fruit Pie - $16:
One 9-inch pie with our flaky crust and filled with fresh, seasonal fruit.
Flavor this week: Summer peach with oat streusel topping.
Custard Pie - $16:
One 9-inch pie with our flaky crust, custard-filled and topped with toasted meringue.
Flavor this week: Lemon meringue.
Savory Galettes - $16:
Four of our delicious galettes filled with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Flavor this week: Potato, gruyere, and leek.
Fruit Tart - $16:
One 9-inch tart filled with fresh, seasonal fruit on a bed of pastry cream.
Flavor this week: Triple berry with vanilla custard.
Tartelettes - $16:
Six tartelettes filled with pastry cream and fresh, seasonal fruit or chocolate ganache and fresh, seasonal fruit.
Flavor this week: Salted caramel and chocolate.
Our famous focaccia! Slice in half for sandwiches, dip in sauces, or enjoy it alone.
Flavor this week: Lemon and rosemary.
1.5 lb. bâtard of our delicious ancient grain bread.
Flavors this week: Walnut cherry.
1.5 lb. bâtard.
Flavors this week: Classic sourdough.
One loaf, sliced.
Flavors this week: Brioche.
Three of our chewy savory bagels bagged to enjoy with your spreads or sliced for a sandwich.
Flavors this week: Pizza.
Ordering: Orders will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis beginning beginning Tuesday morning for a Friday pick-up and pay. Some items may sell out quickly! Sorry, but we are unable to accommodate substitutions or special orders.
Payment: Payment will be taken at pick-up. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ApplePay, and debit card transactions. We are sorry but we cannot accept cash payments.
Order Confirmation: You will know your order has been successfully placed when you see the Thank You page. Your order is confirmed with an email as soon as it is placed. Be sure to check your SPAM folder if you view the Thank You page but do not receive your confirmation email!
When at the Culinary Center: Parking is free for customers during our business hours. Kindly observe physical distancing while in line. Our staff will retrieve your boxed baked goods held under your name and complete your payment transaction. Thank you for wearing a facial covering while on the Santa Rosa Junior College campus.
What about the quantity in our offerings? We realize our baked goods may be boxed in quantity you cannot sensibly enjoy quickly. Good news: Baked goods freeze wonderfully! Click here for information and tips on freezing your baked goods. We'll provide you a copy when you pick-up your order.
